Our natural light Content Studio is designed for lifestyle and social media production. Featuring a portable textured backdrop, fabric-draped arches, stone-paved feature flooring, and curated props. Our space is perfect for content creators, brands, and photographers.

FASHION Focused

Our loft style Studio is a bright natural light space designed for editorial-style photography. Featuring large windows, white walls and a selection of props, the studio offers a clean and minimal backdrop. Ideal for fashion, campaign, editorial shoots and lo-fi content.

  • Yes, we have x1 car space at the back of our building. Alternatively, there is metered street parking on St Kilda Rd out the front or free parking in surrounding streets.

  • Our St Kilda studio features large west-facing windows that fill the space with soft natural light throughout the day and beautiful golden-hour light in the afternoon.
    Please note that lighting conditions can vary depending on the weather and the type of camera you are using.

  • Absolutely! We have polyboards, reflectors & C-Stands available.

  • Yes, you are more than welcome to book the entire studio. Please email us at info@duomanagement.com.au

  • Yes, STUDIO ONE has a change room. Additionally there is a bathroom on both levels that can be used for changing.

  • Yes, STUDIO ONE has roller blinds this doesn’t block it out completely but darkens the space.
    STUDIO TWO has a heavy weight black curtain that can be put across the windows.

  • Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

    Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.

    Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

  • The hire space is thoroughly cleaned before and after all bookings.

    We ask all guests to kindly remove all items and rubbish after using the space.

    Please return all plants, props and furniture to their original spot.

  • OVERTIME
    The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

    No Smoking in the building
    No food or drink on/around furniture and props.

    CLEANING
    Cleaning Fee is included in the hourly rate.

    We kindly ask guests to clean up after themselves, and leave the space as it was found.

    Any tape/gummed backing materials must be completely removed.

    All rubbish must be correctly disposed of in allocated bins.

    Any Damages to walls/floors/furniture etc will be billed.
